I have 20+ years experience as a pastor (Presbyterian Church (U.S.A), with a majority of those years working in interdenominational settings.  My strengths are creativity, orchestrating change, worship leadership/preaching, using technology for ministry, visioning, and strategic planning.  I am known for my deep trust in God that acknowledges the voice of fear but listens to the call of faith.  I have experience/training in

adaptive leadership,

family systems,

transitional ministry,

mediation and conflict management,

New Beginnings mission studies,

new church development, and

missional church dynamics. 

I am committed to continued growth in my understanding of white privilege and have had success in creating a multicultural ministry in a changing community.  I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
