Church leadership is incredibly challenging.  The culture has changed significantly, and churches are struggling, pressuring leaders to produce results that are not readily forthcoming.  Whether you are trying to find work/life balance or trying to lead change and not get crucified or you have a longing to explore ministry possibilities but are unsure of how to start, or you're simply feeling stuck, I would love to partner with you so that you will not just surivive but thrive in life and ministry.
